As the second generation, both Jack and Mark Swedlund continue to build on dedication to our clients, quality homes, honesty, integrity, and professional personal service. We pride ourselves on being detailed and having clarity with our customers in every side of the construction process. We are dedicated to delivering new homes or home improvements on time and for the prices contracted for.
Jack and Mark's spare time is spent being active with their families. Jack with 3 daughters and Mark with 2 sons and 2 daughters. Jack's personal interests include being a professional rodeo contestant in steer wrestling, hunting, snowmobiling, and Harley Davidsons. Mark's personal interests are playing in Senior hockey tournaments, hunting, snowmobiling, and Harley's.
Now after more than 60 years, we are proud to say that the company had over 3500 satisfied customers living in our homes.
 Today the business is focused on providing a smaller scale, more personal one on one building experience for our customers. Many have come back a third and fourth time as their needs changed. Also we are now experiencing housing requests from the grandsons and granddaughters of our first customers from the early years. This is a true testament to our mission of developing relationships, honor, integrity and trust.
